An assistant installed in the notary's office, on an office computer. It reads the documents of a property sale file, prepares the client and property sheets, checks the deed draft, verifies the property against public sources (land registry, French zoning portal, Géorisques natural-hazard data, DVF sale prices) and finds the legal texts on Légifrance, JUDILIBRE and EUR-Lex.
Fully configurable: each office chooses its document lists, letter templates, checks, sources and the AI it uses (on site or online). And the same approach adapts to any company or institution, whatever its line of work. It is not subscription software: it is a tool built for you.
What the video shows, on a fictitious property sale: sheets prepared from scanned documents, reminder letter, deed draft check, property check (land registry, zoning, Géorisques, DVF sale prices), the law as it stood on the date of death, legal research. Waiting times are shortened in editing.

The AI model can also run directly on a small box installed beside the machine or sensor, with no internet connection. Readings are analyzed on site, continuously, and never leave the premises.

GDPR is only part of the picture. An AI system, a website, or a connected device must also meet the EU AI Act, cybersecurity and accessibility rules, and sometimes foreign laws. I design every project so you can show the rules are being followed.
