The contact form may collect your name, organization, email address, need type, message, page language, and limited technical data such as the user agent.

The site also stores your cookie choice locally in your browser. This is used only to avoid asking you for the same choice too often.

• Responding to contact or diagnostic requests: pre-contractual steps or legitimate interest.
• Security, service operation, and abuse prevention: legitimate interest.
• Remembering cookie choices: strictly necessary storage exempt from consent.
• Optional analytics or marketing: only with prior consent.

By default, JAZBOND does not load non-essential analytics or marketing trackers. Optional categories remain disabled until you explicitly agree.

The consent or refusal choice is kept for six months, following the CNIL's general recommendation to avoid asking users too frequently.

The site is hosted on Netlify. Contact requests are stored in Supabase, configured for the jazbond.io project. Technical processors are limited to hosting, deployment, and storage needed for the service.

Where providers located outside the European Union are involved, JAZBOND relies on available contractual and technical safeguards.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability where applicable, and withdraw your consent at any time for optional cookies.

You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL if you believe your rights are not respected.
